Typically, our projects range in size, cost and complexity. We have experience across the full JCT Suite of Construction contracts covering a multitude of project sectors – office, retail, industrial, residential, new build and refurbishment schemes.
Over the years we have developed a strong position in various specialist areas of building surveying, working with a variety of key asset managers, agents, retailers, landlords, tenants and private clients.
Our surveyors can guide you through any obligations associated with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 by identifying neighbours, assessing the notice requirements and entering into negotiations to create Awards needed before works can begin.
For landlords and tenants we can provide Dilapidations assessments and strategic advice before, during and at the expiration of the lease terms. We aim to ensure our clients are aware of their liabilities and opportunities and the likely outcome within reasonable parameters.
Our building surveying capability extends to offering clients pragmatic advice on planned preventative maintenance (PPM) strategies. Our clients include a mixture of landlords, asset managers, occupiers and managing agents where we are able to provide guidance on capital expenditure projects (CAPEX) and arrange the implementation of strategic maintenance to ensure the building asset is preserved.
