Bond Davidson have recently completed a complex job in Newcastle which has involved everything from project management to project monitoring, marketing and sales. ![]() A £5m development of Grade 2 listed town houses in Newcastle City Centre was in trouble. Problems with listed building consent and planning approval, alongside construction issues, were causing delays in the programme and escalating costs. Bond Davidson were successful in persuading all parties to continue with the development and then in pushing the project through, to the extent that the scheme won Best Luxury Showhouse in the North East. "This project demonstrates our flexibility and our intentions to maximise the value for the client rather than necessarily taking the easiest route," says Adrian Mulleady, Bond Davidson Director. |
