Project Recovery

We have considerable experience in dealing with construction and other land related projects that are in distress requiring a complete re-appraisal of the project and recommending the most effective way forward to conclusion.

This area includes our in house LPA receiver, quantity surveying, building surveying and design teams who can act independently within existing teams compiled by clients, or provide a one stop package “in house”.

By way of example we provided quantity surveying, building surveying and project management services to an LPA Receiver on a large Grade II listed residential development in the East Midlands where a detailed assessment of the status of the project in cost, quality of works and statutory compliance was required, before extensive remedial works could be completed to allow the property to be sold.

We are involved in a large project in Gibraltar (details are confidential)where are providing assistance to recover serious delays and to control costs.
