DESCRIPTION: The project comprised the demolition of the existing building (car park) and the construction of a seven storey building comprising Class B1 (office) floor space at ground, first and second floor with 10 residential apartments on the third through to the seventh floors with the provision of basement parking. The office was taken to shell and core with a partial fitout (raised floor and air conditioning), whilst the flats were completed with fixtures and fittings.
