Building Surveying
Our Building Surveyors provide a full service provision, including pre-acquisition surveys and advice on both leasehold and freehold liabilities, dilapidation advice for both landlord and tenant, Party wall surveys, forensic surveys and general building maintenance advice.

In particular we have considerable experience in building refurbishment in all sectors including residential, retail and commercial.

We are currently providing all Building Surveying consultancy to a national retail chain with 170 shops throughout the UK.

We have recently completed the refurbishment of a partially derelict country house to provide for 18 two and three bedroomed apartments to the main house and further conversions to the laundry and stable blocks.
